About the Role

As Director of Operations, you will oversee the entire multi-unit entertainment, hospitality, and F&B operation, ensuring seamless execution, financial optimization, and scalable growth. You’ll partner with the leadership team to drive strategic expansion, elevate team performance, and create an unparalleled guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Full P&L ownership—manage budgets, drive revenue, and optimize costs for profitability.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational systems to support growth and future expansion.
  • Analyze financial and performance data to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
  • Collaborate with founders and executive leadership to establish and execute strategic goals.

Operational Excellence & Execution

  • Oversee daily operations across pickleball courts, hospitality, and F&B services.
  • Implement best-in-class systems, processes, and SOPs to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all venues maintain top-tier service, quality, and safety standards.
  • Partner with marketing and programming teams to drive guest engagement and event execution.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing hospitality and operations teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to ensure strong leadership at all levels.

Guest Experience & Problem-Solving

  • Champion a guest-obsessed approach, ensuring all touchpoints deliver excellence.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges with a solution-driven, adaptable mindset.
  • Continuously refine the member and guest experience through feedback and innovation.


Qualifications:

✔ Strategic Operator with Financial Acumen & Growth Mindset – Experienced in multi-unit, high-volume entertainment, hospitality, and F&B operations with a strong grasp of financials, revenue growth, and scalability.

✔ Resilient, Hands-On Leader – Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Willing to be boots-on-the-ground, building from scratch, implementing structured systems, and elevating team performance.

✔ Guest-Obsessed Problem Solver – Committed to exceptional experiences while thinking outside the box to drive results, efficiency, and innovation. Adaptable, results-oriented, and unrelenting in delivering success.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Director/Senior operations leadership within entertainment/lifestyle, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
  • Strong financial acumen—experience managing full P&L, budgeting, and scaling operations.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-unit or complex hospitality environments.
  • Expertise in building and developing high-performance teams.
  • Passion for creating unique guest experiences and brand-building.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle-driven hospitality concepts is a plus.
